2018 marks the 25th anniversary of The Battle of Medak Pocket, the most significant infantry deployment for members of the Canadian Army since the Korean War. Four Seaforths, Warrant Officer Mark Lundie, MWO Rob Deans, Major Tyrone Greene, and LCol Scott Raesler, served at Medak as augmentees with the PPCLI in the Former Yugoslavia during that country’s civil conflict following the end of communist rule.
