NOTICE OF THE 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held

on May 20, 2015

at 8:00 p.m.

at: The Conference Room of the Jericho Garrison 4050 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver B.C.

for the following purposes:

To receive and consider the President’s Report on the affairs of the Society, and the financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended June 30, 2014 and April 2015 Year to Date.
To conduct the following special business:

Vote on the Resolution to amend Bylaw 27 to reduce the minimum number of Directors from five to three.
